Adobong Sitaw with Boiled Egg Recipe


Ingredients:

1 bunch string beans; cut into pieces about 3 inches in length
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 water
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 pieces, hard boiled egg

Procedure:
-Heat oil in a pan.
-Sauté garlic and onion.
-Put-in the string beans, sprinkle some black pepper. Stir gently. Cover and cook in low to medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
-Remove the cover and stir to distribute the ingredients.
-Add white vinegar, water and soy sauce, medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. (Don't stir)
-Add hard boiled egg.
-Turn off heat. Transfer to a serving plate.
-Serve.
